Warranty in respect of separation between brake linings and brake shoes
as supplied by Valeryd, applicable under the following conditions:
This warranty applies if the brake lining separates from the brake shoe
during normal use and in normal conditions.
The warranty only applies if all the brake shoes have been replaced at the
same time on the complete trailer or vehicle, and the trailer or vehicle has
been maintained and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s
recommendations.
The warranty only applies if more than 20% of the brake lining remains
attached.
The warranty only applies if the brake shoes have not been subjected to
forces that are not concomitant with normal use.
The warranty does not apply if any other fault on the trailer or vehicle
could have affected the brakes.
The warranty gives the customer the right to be provided at no cost with new
brake shoes with linings and that these shall be supplied at no cost to the
customer.
The warranty does not give the customer the right to receive compensation
for the cost of fitting the new brake shoes.
The warranty applies on condition that the customer can present for
inspection the brake shoes from the complete trailer or vehicle as used on that
particular vehicle and purchased at the same time.
The warranty applies on condition that the customer can show the receipt to
prove purchase together with the brake shoes being inspected.
The warranty applies only to brake shoes manufactured by Valeryd and
labelled www.valeryd.com
The warranty applies on brake shoes bought after 1/1 2009.
